Privacy (GDPR)

BinoQuest is a web app for eye training in strabismus. Here is an overview of what data the app processes.

Camera and recordings

The camera image is processed right in your browser and is not sent to the server. Session recordings are saved only to a folder you choose on your own computer.

Account

The app works without signing in. If you sign in with Google, we store on the server your name, e‑mail and profile picture from your Google account, the profile name, your training program and your exercise history (what, when, for how long, and whether the camera was on).

Statistics and cookies

• Google Analytics — site traffic and in-app events (e.g. starting and finishing a training session, its length and whether the camera was on — no measured values). It uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
• Functional cookies — language and mode choice, the sign-in cookie.
